What is there to say? Reading these lines just confirm that even the law in Rumania had many facets – quod licit Jovis non licit bovis – special laws are applied for those condemning a Rumanian bank!!!!.
We hear of it so often today but the application of the law is (I hope) the same for all. Nothing new under the sun.
