For me only the English is accessible… I did check out the JTA, and it’s still alive and well: http://www.jta.org/?gclid=CM3CjZvb6bQCFYl7QgodTF8ASg — an interesting read. And first glance, even today, quite well balanced and interesting. I’ll be watching JTA.
