which (with the help of poltran.com) I've roughly
translated into English:

"I am a Pole and I do not know English. But I am
searching for information about the birth of Jan
Ostrowski in Sadagóra - ukraine. Approx. 1895
1890. I am searching for help to develop a
genealogical family tree. I would appreciate
any assistance. Best wishes, Zbigniew
Ostrowski"
