David: I'm not aware of any existing vital records or cemetery
records for Banilla. But there is a Romanian "Directory" available
for searching at www.kalter.org/search.php . There is also an 1895
address book for Wiznitz at this web site:

Ippen, Samuel-J. (1895)
Ippen's Provinz-Adressbuch. Bezirk Wiznitz

You will find a mention of (Jossel?) Burmil on page 6,
Slobodzia-Banilla, (go to http://tinyurl.com/2woqvn ) along with his
occupation, in German. No further information is given, except for
names/occupations of several other residents.

It isn't much but at least it's something!

Bruce
