the dates are 26 March through 29 march, ending the weekend before =
pesach 2007. so you can book air right now.

the country is israel. israel being a small country, the exact location =
has no material impact on the meeting.

last i heard, the focus was on TLV which has many pre-pesach hotel rooms =
available at that time of year.
