[Cz-L] our neglection at the planned festivities

Dear All
Many thanks for all of you who have been active in protesting against the
devastating neglect of our ancestors' history in the city.
I wish to inform you that I have written to Israel's embassy in Kiev,
informing them of our feelings and asking for their help. I have written on
behalf of myself and my family, for I am not entitled to write on behalf of
our group; I did however mention, of course, that there is such a group and
that many of its members have appealed directly to the city's mayor and are
seriously considering involving America's representatives in the matter. I
asked them to use their influence for the sake of the memory of all of those
who perished.

I hope they will respond and will keep you informed.
I also hope that some of you have acted through the American Embassy or
through some other embassies, who most definitely would have a greater
impact than the Israeli one.
