[Cz-L] Two separate projects.

Dear Czernowitzers,

The Cz. book project and the exhibition planned for Chernivtsi
are two separate projects.

I have received a number of letters by members of this list,
Inquiring or offering to send me material intended for
the proposed exhibition in Chernivtsi.

I am sorry if I gave the impression, that I was directly involved
or in any way responsible for the proposed slide show,
or photographic exhibit, the city of Chernivtsi expects to prepare
for the celebration of the 600 year anniversary of the founding of the city.

I am interested in the proposed exhibition and would like members
of our list, to provide material towards it's preparation, but have no
further involvement in this project. The exhibition will be prepared by
people working for the city of Chernivtsi and the contact person between
them and us is Ms. Maita Prout. Anyone who has questions and or suggestions,
please write to Ms. Prout at: <maitaprout_at_gmail.com>.

The proposed Czernowitz book project, is about publishing a book
composed of the reminiscences, essays, photographs, documents
and letters of former Czernowitzers and their descendants.
At this point, I am the one who is working on this project
and coordinating our efforts towards achieving this goal.
Please write to me <mtaylo._at_indiana.edu> if you would like
to contribute to the proposed book.

I see no conflict in the same photographs and documents being sent
to both the proposed book as well as to the Chernivtsi exhibition,
But they need to be sent to each venue separately.
