People might be interested to read this link, which I think is one of the
ones that Bruce found. It is from Radio Romania International, "MARSHALL

It does seem strange that the petition has been launched a year after the
event. Maybe "Better late than never", but doesn't this lapse of time
rather detract from the impact that the petition could make?
