Gabriela Böhm is a documentary filmmaker and founder of Böhm Productions. She has produced/directed several award winning films. Gabriele is currently in post-production on “In Raquel’s Footsteps”, about a victim of sex trafficking in South America in the early 20th century — Raquel Liberman. The film traces Raquel’s journey from wife and mother to exploited woman to — in the end — a defiantly free human being. From shtetl to tango, more than 30,000 Jewish women were lured from Europe to the New World, only to be devoured in Argentinean prostitution rings run by Jewish criminals.
