[Cz-L] Are we Rumanians ?

Lately there was an off the record exchange on the subject if
 we are Rumanians or not.
   One of the arguments was that considering the alternatives
  being considered Rumanians was the best available choice.
   So let it be.
     But let it be known : We are not very good Rumanians.
