I was not wrong because I saw the original register in the Czernowitzer Office.
After the war the Czernowitzer Archives have been returned to the Czernowitzer Authority
the register was available for viewing. My original Birth Certificate is in the same
handwriting as that of the person who recorded the birth in the original record book.  
Nevertheless the Birth Certificate I received
was wrong in every way, when I sugested it is incorrect  I was told this is all I could get.
I it my posession  a source of amusement, with a stroke of a typewriter you become a changed person.

Wrong, You should apply for a current birth certificate from the Romanian
Authority in Bucharest.
