Thank you for your mail. You are right, no doubt about, the Czernowitz Ghetto was instituted on October 11th/12th, 1941. Both, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency and "Die Stimme", were wrong in this regard; they presumably mistyped the correct data. By my editor's note (see below) and my additional mail on this subject I tried to correct this confusion.
