Dear Mitzi,

They refused these documents for reasons unknown to us. The time periods
was some time between 1960 and 1990, probably before they had any facility
to do web uploads. Even if you upload pictures, I would guess that
wouldn't guarantee their safeguarding such pictures in their archives.
