Hello Cornel, Some 35 years I used to visit Israel frequently to see my
first cousin Dr. Ruth
Baumgarten at Tel Adashim. It was then that I saw the heartrending display
at Yad Vashem for the first time. Poems and some needle work produced by
my sister in Transnistria were accepted by them and a promise to translate
these from Roumanian, German and French.
I cannot contact them as numerous letters and phone calls were useless. It
was Marianne whom, you and I saw at the Wiener Library, translated and
published some. I now send items to the Leo Baek Institute in the USA or as

know to Jerfome. I have no idea of the reasons for the intransigence at Yad
