[Cz-L] Yad Vashem

I have been away for a few days and when I came back I saw that I had over 70 e-mails, some about Yad Vashem. Maybe I can help.
In our office the "World Organization of Bukovina Jews" we have a person who is the liaison with Yad Vashem.
I also have an acquaintance at Yad Vashem.
Would somebody explain what the problem is, and I will try to help.
