Obviously the state or city took over all Jewish property.
The Temple has been comercialised and so also the houses
& apartments belonging to the Jewish owners.
Who collects the rents, who sells the properties who gets
the money. Certainly not the former owners or the Jewish
community nor the Jewish community.
I doubt it that the Jewish owners were ever recognised by the Ukrainean
State. The Temple status illustrates the recognition by the
the State or City is nil. Its oowners are out of sight out of mind
so do not hold your breath.
