Not true!
Most current residents of Chernivtsi value the culture
and way of life of the prewar Jewish population.
As a former Jewish resident of the city, who has now visited
Chernivtsi 8 times in 11 years, I can say that I never encountered
anti-Semitic attitudes and have been treated with courtesy and respect.
