d myself by being able to read the classic font and actually understand it.=
 I haven't really spoken or read German in over seventy years.=C2=A0 Our ag=
ing minds play wonderful tricks.=C2=A0 Of late, I find myself groping for w=
ords now and then, perhaps a touch of dementia.=C2=A0 Yesterday I was makin=
g up a shopping list and couldn't think of the name for "almonds."=C2=A0 Bu=
t I recalled Mandeln. So I went to an online translation site, set it for G=
erman to be translated to English and thus found almonds. In the event that=
 this is considered off topic, please take into consideration that this may=
 happen only to aging Czernowitzer minds.
