Dear Miriam,
Thank you for the beautiful translation of the article.
This historical account serves as a reminder that there was a
long-standing, thriving Jewish presence in all large villages and in all
small towns of Bukovina before WWII. It also succinctly explains how this
presence ceased to exist.
Is it possible to translate the whole article and to put it on the website
under Stories, History & Documents?
This historical account would become a living memorial dedicated to all
obliterated Jewish communities of Bukovina.
Serah Kraft
