[Cz-L] Farewell Forever | The Story of Hanna Meler-Faust

Dear List,

I just finished watching the story of Hanna Meler-Faust. It never
ceases to amaze me how many stories there are that hit a heart string.
I immediately called my mother (thank God she is still with me) to
thank her for fighting to stay alive during such terrible times. I am
in awe of everyone on this list that did the same in their many ways
and I thank you as well for showing us what courage is all about.
Growing up in America and knowing that my family was subject to these
terrible times has always made me feel that we as a second and
subsequent generations MUST remember and pass on these stories of
courage. But what's even more important is that we're not defined by
the atrocities that happened to our loved ones and have the courage to
continue to represent a people that has values and morals that cannot
be compromised.
