"Lovely bird" is more close to the poem spirit than "nice bird". t
The line I quote was implicit.
I hope you understand it in this sense.
I.E - the importance (as in Bialik song) is the return back of the lovely
bird from promised land to the cold diaspora and the hope it forged in the
poem writer. Or coming back to full performance to the forum to enrich all
of us.
