Cornel, I did not say that the USA could bomb the ways to Auschwitz in 1941,

the idea came from someone else... I was referring to Jewish Organisations
to put together money...I am sure you know about the bargain with Eichmann,
he asked money for 10.000 tanks, to let out 10.000 Jews from the death
camps. And like Kastner gave him money for 875 Jews, who were already on the

way from Transilvania occupied part by the Hungarian and German army, to
Bergen/Belsen, the train turned and went strait to Switzerland...but Kastner

was only the agent, the deported families gave the money..he got
nothing....But Kastner was shot on the beach of Tel Aviv, after the war by
one who could not pay and his family perished...I knew two persons in this
transport, and they told me how it was...
So , in my humble opinion, the opinion of an old woman, near to 95, if there

have been money from USA, I do not say all, but some millions prisoners from

the death camps could be rescued

Hedwig,it was not in 1941 that the railway lines etc to camps like Auschwitz
could have been bombed..but 1943-1944 and 1945 there was a huge window of
opportunity....which was totally ignored. WHY??? Cornel
