My Grandfather, Dr. Moritz Scharfstein lived in Gymnasialgasse.
He's specialty was removing the Tonsils from children throat.
Their prize was a week of ice cream.

This is Gymnasialgasse by the Rathaus. Eminescu now.
  Here was a Municipial First aid department .
  One day a stray dog bit me and mother took me there.
   The nurse did the best thing she knew.
    She soaked a swab with concentrated iodine , applied it
    on the bite with leokoplast and told me not to remove
     until I see a doctor at the Antirabics Institute the next day,
    The scar left by the iodine can still be seen today.
