Mimi et al: I would add my name to work on a project to post the
names... I will certainly post on Ehpes whatever can be gathered and
would work on assembling the materials.

It is inconceivable to me that data like this, or permission to publish,
would be 'withheld' by any person or agency under any circumstances.
