Congratulation on your outstanding find! In fact, that's a very interesting document, listing several foremen/specialists assigned for work in spirit factories in the Bukovina territory.

Ing. Rostocker recte Singer David = head of the family: departs

Considering, that Beniamin Goldhagen (no. 6 on the same list) was assigned to work for the N. Liscovatchi spirit factory in Cincau, it's likely that for Ing. Rostocker recte Singer David aplies the same.

BTW, Mickey, "Der Tag" reports on the headstone erection for Hersch Rostoker on 01.07.1934:
