I checked the translation of the word "mitpar'im' (not "por'im") in 2
Hebrew-English dictionaries and consulted my Israeli-born friends. It's
"rioters".

The root is the same as "praot" translated as "riots" but "pogrom" or
:pogromschiki" would be the exact translation.

Fortunately, the English-speaking world haven't produced a "pogrom" yet so
they don't have an exactly matching word for it.
