Can you explain what that means? My grandmother was from Chernevitz, but my
grandfather was from then Rumania, but Bessarabia, Novoselitz. Is
novoselitz a town near Chernevitz? My grandfather's town was also called
Kitrossy, or something like this.

Till 1919 you arrived to Oestrreich Novoselitza, crossed the bridge and the
Checkpost and you were in Bassarabia Novoselitza which was actually Russia -
hence Russischegasse.
