I believe this was a German Municipal Theater.
There were not only Jewish actors , although we see some Jewish names (
Gutherz. Flohr,etc).
I was surprised to see the young Mauriciu Sekler, so well known after WWII
in Bucharest.
I did not know that he was a Czernowitzer.
In the link below you can see that between 1948 -1976 he directed (
"regizor") more than 30 plays in Rumanian ( in Iassy), in German (Timisoara)
and in Yiddish (in Bucharest).
