Hi Ilana,
I did not know the story about the picture and met Viki only some 9 to
10 years later. Here the cigarette is a real one - no doubt about
that. When i was in Cz. the door to the courtyard was closed, but of
course I remember the steps that led to the apartment, they looked
very nice some 75 years ago and I must have taken them often in a
hurry in anticipation of Regina's Schmettentorte etc.
