Look for " Eliezer Shtaynbarg "The Jewish Book of Fables" by Curt Leviant
professor of Hebrew and Yiddish at Rutgers University.

In this book you will find the fables printed side by side in English and
Yiddish.

Let me know if you can get it on the Internet.
