[Cz-L] Romanian Translation

I have another translation request. I received a document in Romanian from
the US Holocaust museum related to ROSENKRANZ from Raduati which is my
family that I am researching and am trying to see if there is a connection
to my family. I can forward to you if you can help - I don't need it all
translated but the general understanding and names and birth and other
dates would greatly help. Any help greatly appreciated.

Contains sixteen-page family questionnaires distributed by the World Jewish
Congress in Arad, Birlad, Boto=C5=9Fani, Br=C4=83ila, Bucharest, Burdujeni,=
 Carei,
Cluj, Constan=C5=A3a, Gala=C5=A3i, Ias=C4=AF, Oradea, R=C4=83d=C4=83u=C5=A3=
i, Roman, Timi=C5=9Foara, and
Vaslui. Forms include name, address, date and place of birth,
occupation/profession, education, and details of persecution under the
Antonescu regime (as well as deportations from Transylvania to
German-occupied Poland).
