I remember chatting on the phone about this map with my late mother,
Pearl Spiegel Fichman. I asked her to 'walk me' on the map from the
Mehlplatz (Rudolphsplatz on the map), where she grew up, to the street
where my late father, Yehudi "Yuda" David Fichman, and his family, had
lived. My mother was on the other end, directing me from memory, while
I looked at the map on my computer. It was quite wonderful to discover
the way there . . .
Sincerely,
Eytan
