As you know the Hasidic dynasties are organized in what is called "Courts".
Every dynasty has its own genealogical history which isn't less complicated
than many of the Monarch dynasties. As for the situation with nowadays
Sadagura court: Today the court of Sadagura includes several hundred
families, with institutions that include meetings, Talmud Torah,
Batey-Midrash and Synagogues in Bnei Brak, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem,
Modi'in-Illit, Beitar, Ashdod and Elad, all in Israel. They also have
Hasidic communities in London, Antwerp and New York. The community from
Modi'in-Illit was lately in news here in Israel.
