In the Friedmans genealogical
tree we find that most of them were born in Borovets or Borouti or
Borovtsi (Boroutz)
and moved to Czernowitz before 1900.My father Itzik was the "mezinek" ,
the last of the children, born before 1900. The most known of his
brothers was Meshulim from the restaurant. He was the oldest brother.
The information I received is that my grand-grandfather, Moishe
Friedman was a "nassi" and imigrated to Eretz Israel in 1800 ? Some
died in Transnistria,
Siberia and in the Independence war in Israel.
