Dear Czernowitz friends,

As a mostly silent and observing admirer of this list, I must say that
I heartily agree with Bruce & Gaby - let this be a friendly
exchange of messages focused on Czernowitz & area, as it has
been since its inception.

It is this formula that has made it so successful and 'user friendly'.
A unique and successful list. Let's leave the heavy stuff out of this.
