[Cz-L] Researching the Meer family

Hello list,

I'm trying to find information on my grandfather's family name:
Eliezer Meer.
in Yiddish it would be spelled 'mem' 'ain' 'ain' 'reish'.
He was boarn in czernowitz in 1908.

I'm also looking for my grandmother's name:
Esther Kimerling.
She was born in washkowitz(?) also in 1908.
