Dear Mr. Weissman,



Probably due to some reasons you are not acquainted to the detailed plan
of jubilee celebration of our beautiful city. On the contrary, while
preparing the anniversary we aim at most precise investigation of its
history, traditions of interethnic and interreligious tolerance. That is
why such people mentioned by you as Serhiy Osachuk, Petro Rykhlo,
Bronislav Tutel’man, Joseph Zeasels, Natalia Shevchenko participate in
preparation of the jubilee. Chernivtsi is really a phenomenon created by
minds and talents of citizens belonging to various nations including the
Jewish one. We try to outline it in our celebration plans for the future
generations. I would be glad to communicate with you, including in
Chernivtsi. Thank you! I will not refuse any advice or help.
