[Cz-L] Emil ARMIN of Radauti

This is my third attempt to get through to you.
I would like to have a look up on my cousins siblings.His name is Emil Armin
born 1883 April 1 in Radauti and move to Czernowita abt a year or year in a
half before he immitated to the states where he became an artist.
Since he was very well known- would they in Romania have a story rather an
obit on him? Can someone look for it in that countries paper? He died in Chicago
in 1971,I believe.
