Dear Friends:
First of all, I would like to wish everyone a very Happy Passover holiday.
Precedent on the list has been to restrict discussions to list
topics, and to not allow general holiday greetings to go out to all.
If your Happy Passover wishes include some other information that's
on-topic (History and Genealogy of Czernowitz and/or Sadagora Jewish
Communities, and other nearby communities), then I'll be glad to send
your message through. Since there is the potential to send and
receive about 300 Happy Passover messages from the 300+ members of
the list, let's just agree that we wish each other a very Happy
Passover (we do, right?) and no further Pesach messages will go out
. . . unless accompanied by other information that's on-topic.
That said, I'm going to put all the Sadagora microfilms on permanent
loan at my local Family History Library. I'll let you all know of
any relevant findings in a few weeks after I've had time to look them
over.
Warmest wishes always,
Bruce Reisch
