            Dear Marion,
Glad to hear that you are working on a biography of Selma M-E.
In 1977, while I had an academic assignment in Heidelberg,
Germany, the volume of Selma's poems
published under private sponsorship in Israel was sent to me by
Hersh Segal, a friend of mine and Selma's teacher.
During my stay in Heidelberg, Hilde Domin and I became friends.
I let her have a copy of the manual in
order to make these poems widely known. She in turn contacted
Jürgen Serke and the story appeared in the May 8
1980 issue of the magazine STERN.

Best Wishes for 2013 for you and the CZ-L List
                                 Bianca
