Have you ever tried to get a Romanian Passport, or at least a confirmation
of your Rumanian citizenship ? Several friends of mine, "real" former
Rumanians, did not succeed (born in Bucharest, Constantza, etc). Similar
denial policy has also been adopted by the Polish Government.

Correctly.

This the right and worthy way to finaly obtain an EU passport and an
holocaust compensation from the Romanian authority.

The Romanian citienship is a necessary thing. Having a Birth Certificate
from the Romanian authority does grant you an Romanian Citizenship.

Having a Birth Certificate from Chernivtsi Ukraine does not grant you an
Ukrainian Citizenship. You can ask a Romanian citizenship on on that basis,
since it was Romania at the time of your birth, and hence you were a
Romanian citizen and can demand now to renew it
