This is the most important and first step in recovering the Romanian Birth
Certificate and after this to get the Romanian passport.
You need more procedures. All info in the Romanian Consulate in Tel Aviv.

Correctly.

This the right and worthy way to finaly obtain an EU passport and an
holocaust compensation from the Romanian authority.

The Romanian citienship is a necessary thing. Having a Birth Certificate
from the Romanian authority does grant you an Romanian Citizenship.
