Congratulations, just great, you solved the Lemberg riddle! No doubt about, it's exactly the coat of arms, that you have identified.
I visited the Lemberg Lychakiv Cemetery in 2008, too long ago in order to direct you accurately to the headstone, but I'll stop over in Lemberg for sure en route to Bukovina next time.
