The Almogen riddel exists - maybe. But probably the Lemberg riddel can be solved. Have a look at this:

Scroll down to the second picture. Doesn't it look very much like the coat of arms on the picture you posted? A half moon, a star and a crown. The Lojewski family, Polish-Prussian nobility. Do you still know where the stone was? I'm in Lemberg in two weeks. I could check.
