There is one fact on which I stand firmly. This is a 100% typical grave of a
Jewish person as was customary in Czernowitz. In 2001 and 2006 I spent some
days wading through the "Jungle" on Zelena street looking for graves of my
family. I saw a great number of gravestones. All of them had the traditional
carving in the Hebrew language with a few words in the German. Same as on
Pepi (Pesil) Almogen's gravestone.
