[Cz-L] Somewhat off-topic, query about Judaica dealer in Brooklyn

Hello,

Has anyone bought books from I. Mizrahi Book Store in Brooklyn? The reason
I am asking, is that he is offering to withdraw eBay auctions and sell me
the books directly if I give him my credit card number on the phone. His
prices are not bad and if all is on the level it would be a good contact
for finding books.
I've never given my cc number on the phone and am wondering if this is not
good business.
