The imported dancers in black dont make Czernowitz jewish.
  In my time I have never seen Hassidim dancing on the streets.
   But Czernowitz was Jewish because all the shops were Jewish.
   The banks, the newspapers,the factories.
      Not one- time ,imported ,peyes flying performers that so
     much impress Cornel,
