This is just one of the signs on a tumb in the Mogilev cemetery.
Apparently due to the nature of the place (not too many camps got to
actually individually burry their dead, many of the "tumb stones" where made
of metal (and disappeared). you see many metal pieces stickingout which did
not survive.
