I knew, Iosif would indicate the right address. In addition please note that a serious accident took place at the Makkabi sportsground in July 1934, as we learn from "Der Tag", 19.07.1934 edition, lead on page 1:

The stands collapsed during a concert and 15 people were badly injured, followed by a mass panic. The author of the article referrs to the access to the sportsground via Strada Transilvaniei. A transcription of the article is available at:
