The Ukrainian Republic took over it's sovereignty over north Bukowina from
the Soviet republic who conquered the Romanians who conquered the Soviets,
who conquered the Romanians according to the Molotov-Riebentrop pact. The
archive that they keep are a wonder for itself without elaborating on the
subject.
